I have been a physical therapist for over 9 years and love working with and helping people return to their former activities and the lifestyles they enjoy. I first became interested in physical therapy after suffering multiple ankle injuries during my youth while competing in the sport of power tumbling. These injuries motivated me to learn more about the body and its healing process. I wanted to learn the steps I could take to better help my injuries heal, so I pursued my occupation as a physical therapist. I grew up in the rural community of Fairview, Utah and now live in Herriman with my husband and daughter. I enjoy outdoor activities such as camping, hiking and gardening. I also love spending time with my family, playing games, and traveling. I spend time on numerous craft projects as well as scrapbooking and decorating.
