The methods that guide my practice are a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic, and Motivational Interviewing therapies. I am reflective and flexible in my style. Each person has their own way of relating, and I do my best to create a plan with my clients that works for them. Exploring therapy is a huge step!
