Getting to know Elisa Peimer
I work with creatives, musicians, and artists struggling to find satisfaction in their careers and personal lives. I also help executives and professionals who are navigating workplace pressures. After 30 years as a musician and music industry executive, I understand how the professional environment can impact your mental health. I provide a space where you can embrace vulnerability and improve communication skills. I can help you navigate imposter syndrome, manage stress, achieve career satisfaction, and handle the unique pressures of the entertainment industry. Part of that process is “unlearning” the unhelpful dynamics we often unconsciously repeat. My job is to point out these tendencies to help you see why certain issues crop up and gain a new perspective. Together, we’ll collaborate in creating new patterns with better outcomes.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Hunter College, City University of New York, which informs my approach and commitment to your well-being.
