Getting to know Elizabeth Tse

Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re used to managing things on your own. My hope is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported without judgment. I aim to meet clients where they are and foster a warm, supportive environment where growth can unfold in a way that feels authentic and sustainable. I believe therapy is most meaningful when it feels collaborative and individualized to your unique experiences and goals. My approach is relational, attachment-focused, and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that past experiences and relationships deeply shape how we connect with ourselves and others today. Together, we can explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion while working toward greater insight, balance, and emotional fulfillment. My area of focus is supporting young adults through life transitions, including navigating career concerns, interpersonal relationships, and identity development. During a stage of life often shaped by expectations of what adulthood “should” look like, it is natural to feel lost. I aim to provide a supportive space to help you build self-confidence and develop a stronger sense of self during a time when it can seem as though everyone else has it figured out. If you're interested in working together, please feel free to book a first session here, or reach out directly for a free phone consultation.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am deeply curious about the complexities of the human experience and believe that exploring your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors is key to understanding yourself more fully. I view therapy as a collaborative process, where we get to explore experiences and concerns in a safe, nonjudgmental way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am committed to fostering an environment where you can feel truly seen and heard. This space is for you to discover and be your most authentic self, and I hope to help you cultivate the self-compassion and self-trust necessary to navigate life’s complications. Every perspective, every story has meaning, and I am genuinely excited to learn about yours.

Elizabeth is very attentive and a good listener. She asks thought provoking questions that really get you to consider your situation. I have tried other professionals, and am very happy with Elizabeth.
Elizabeth is a kind, thoughtful, and observant practitioner. I often am presented with valuable insight of myself during our sessions. After a long mental health episode, she encouraged me to get back on track with my life and follow my dreams. She challenges me when appropriate in our sessions, and knows when to give needed feedback.
Elizabeth is always thoughtful and helps me see positive ways in dealing with my issues in life. I've had a drop in anxiety and that has made a huge positively impact in my life. I'm very grateful I found someone that understands me and helps me.
Elizabeth has helped me broaden my perspective and thinking, especially around situations I’ve overthought and was anxious about. She’s great at grounding irrational thoughts and asking questions to uncover the root of the thinking. She also provides helpful resources and tasks to practice outside of our sessions, which I very much appreciate.
After each session, I leave feeling energized and I have a better outlook on life. To achieve this feeling it takes hard work and the right individual asking the right type of questions—thanks, Elizabeth.
