I have been working with Elizabeth Wynn for close to a year, and she is compassionate, kind and incredibly easy to talk to. I walk in to my sessions knowing that she will be attentive and engaging no matter what I want to discuss, and I leave feeling hopeful and positive! Since beginning therapy with Elizabeth Wynn, I have noticed a positive change in the way I think and the way I communicate with others. I also love that she gives the option to incorporate art in the session, it's a great, cathartic addition to the therapy sessions! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist in NYC.

I am licensed Creative Arts Therapist with private psychotherapy practices in downtown Brooklyn, NY. Please note that given the recent developments around coronavirus (COVID-19), I am offering teletherapy sessions via Doxy.me. Doxy.me is a HIPAA compliant video conference platform. I help my clients address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, relationship issues, and work related stress. I work with individual adults as well as families, adolescents, and children.
In my sessions I offer both verbal therapy and art therapy, using a collaborative, strength-based approach. I utilize multiple modalities including CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and working with relationship attachment styles. I provide a safe and comfortable environment that promotes self awareness and personal growth.
I believe that every person has the innate ability to heal. I am committed to tapping into my client’s inner resources and uncovering their full potential.
