Hello - I'm glad you're here. My name is Janet, and I'm ready to support you through whatever might be bringing you here today. Whether you're going through a major life transition, struggling with identity challenges, or needing to sift through a general feeling of imbalance, we can work together to help you reach a place of fulfillment and ease.
I am incredibly passionate about supporting folks through their healing journeys and am honored to be in this space to help others learn about themselves and grow through insight and perspective. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Columbia University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to guide you effectively.
My focus areas of practice include transgenerational trauma, sexual trauma, motherhood, life transitions and identity, anxiety, and interpersonal challenges. If any of these resonate with you-or if you're simply feeling called to connect with me-this is the right time!
What should a new client know about working with you?
First sessions can feel daunting and a little like a first date! You'll get to know my style and get a sense of how we'll be working together. I encourage clients to ask a lot of questions, be open and curious to the process, and build some unabashedness about this space being FULLY for you.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
