Dr Karwowska was very attentive and clearly an experienced practitioner. My visit first visit was a consultation on starting PT to strengthen my leg prior to ACL surgery. Not only did she to a thorough examination of my injury but she also explained to me what she saw and helped me to understand how she determined my PT needs.
She has a very holistic approach to PT and it’s part of the overall experience of treatment and recovery. She even helped me understand the different surgical options for ACL and what the longer term effects of each option might look like.
After our consultation she was ready to start with the PT but I had to be back at work, so she set me up with a quick ultrasound treatment to at least help with pain management before I left.
Her entire staff were friendly and helpful, and the office is quite nice. I look forward to starting PT with her tomorrow and recommend Dr Karwowska highly to anyone.

This review isn't a comment on their service but rather that their internal booking system is not linked up to what ZocDoc is showing in terms of available appointments. Just notifying you so this can be fixed for future patients who don't want to show up and experience over an hour wait.

Very knowledgeable, and a good listener. She was able to narrow my problem down quickly and come up with a good plan of attack to get it fixed. The rest of the staff was super friendly and helpful. The place has a very warm healthy vibe to it. One of the better experiences I’ve had a doctor’s office I can remember.

Elzbieta and her staff are excellent physical therapists and so friendly. They answered every question I had and were extremely patient and helpful. I felt right at home during every visit and looked forward to my bi-weekly sessions. The PT I received there helped my stress fracture recovery and I highly recommend their services!

Dr Karwowska is seeing 3-4 patients at a time and definitely does not spend enough time with a new patient to try to figure out what is causing problems. Rushed into treatment and was not even being watched while given exercises, not even by her assistant. She seems fine as a person but her schedule is way too busy for good patient interactions.
The office charges a nominal fee for credit cards. I arrived at the office early so I could fill out paper work but ended up waiting about 30 mins even after my appointment start time even though I was the first patient there. The 2 other patients scheduled at the same were started first.

Went in for chronic neck pain. Helped significantly with manual disc manipulation.
I’ve seen multiple therapists that will do electrical stimulation, massages, stretching, exercises, etc. but her handiwork separates her from the rest.
