Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and I'm here to walk that path with you. My work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) centers on adults facing stress, anxiety, relationship issues, career difficulties, depression, and life changes, with a particular focus on anxiety and relationship challenges. Every person deserves to be met with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and that belief shapes how I build our dialogue and treatment plan around your specific needs. My goal is to create a collaborative, warm, and nonjudgmental space where you feel like an equal partner in your own growth and change. From there, we'll work together to build your self-awareness, develop practical coping skills, and help you feel more confident navigating whatever life brings your way.

What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path to becoming a therapist began with being the person friends and family turned to while growing up. People naturally felt comfortable opening up to me, sharing their experiences, challenges, and emotions. Being there for others helped me recognize the importance of feeling heard, understood, and supported. These experiences helped me develop strong and meaningful connections with those around me and deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, supportive, and patient-centered care. Now, I bring genuine empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to build meaningful therapeutic connections to every session with you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I'm passionate about helping you recognize unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change with direct, empathetic, and collaborative care. My specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques for adults, in a supportive environment adapted to your unique needs, circumstances, and therapeutic goals to help you make meaningful changes in your life.
