I specialize in areas such as Anger Management, Anxiety, ADHD, Autism spectrum support, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Children's mental/behavioral health, Adolescent & teen mental/behavioral health, Depression, Developmental disabilities, Family relationships, Grief/Bereavement, Life transitions, Multicultural/Diversity issues, Perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), PTSD, Intimate/Romantic relationships, Somatic Symptom Disorder, Spirituality, Stress, and Trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions.
