I specialize in OCD and use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the most effective, evidence-based treatment for OCD. Beyond our sessions, you'll have access to ongoing support when you need it most, including direct messaging, support groups, and real-time help when OCD symptoms spike I provide a non-judgmental environment where you'll feel supported as you conquer what's holding you back. I've always gravitated toward working with people who've been marginalized and under-represented; I specialize in OCD because I've seen the profound difference ERP (Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy) can make. (My other areas of focus include anxiety, addictions, behavioral health, developmental disabilities, and women's issues.) This will be a challenging journey, but we'll take it together. At times, it may be scary, but as our work progresses, you'll see that with challenge comes growth.
