“The care was great . The admin was lovely. But none of the tech worked: the Zocdoc appointments were listed incorrectly. The portal login didn’t work at all; I tried several times to create an account and my email was frozen out from too many attempts. The paperwork was redundant: I had to have my insurance card scanned but also fill out the info manually. Several medical history questions that were required on the paperwork were asked again by the provider and the answers were written down again by hand. For some reason the patient instructions (while helpful) were sent via MedBridge the video app as a text comment (maybe because the portal was unavailable). They couldn’t tell me what my copay was gonna be. It was real Luddite boomer vibes.”
