Welcome to a space of warmth, understanding, and transformation. I'm Goldie, a therapist dedicated to fostering connection, growth, and healing. When things don't go as planned or when you feel like you're drowning, having a space to process overwhelming emotions in a non-judgmental and supportive environment can make all the difference between surviving and thriving. My specialties include ADHD, codependency in relationships, anxious attachment, healthy communication, navigating conflict, people-pleasing and self-esteem, trauma and C-PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
I offer a safe, trauma-informed, and exploratory counseling relationship in a space where you can discover what thriving looks like for you-one that puts your needs, hopes, and dreams first. Most of all, I help my clients listen, really listen, to their own inner voices. In sessions, I use a blend of trainings in CBT, IFS, ART, and Attachment Theory.
I hold a Master's in Social Service from the Silver School of Social Work.
My ideal clients are those who've dipped their toes into therapeutic waters and are ready to dive deeper.
