Getting to know Hailey Dawson

Welcome to a space for healing and growth! I believe therapy should be a safe, affirming, and empowering experience for everyone. My approach is rooted in an anti-oppressive lens, and I strive to provide therapy that honors your unique story and needs. As a queer person, I understand how vital it is to work with a therapist who is knowledgeable, empathetic, and non-judgmental. My experience includes supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and families, as well as navigating challenges in the child welfare system. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support clients with compassion and expertise. When I'm not in the therapy room, I love cooking, gardening with my husband, and spending time with our dog, Blue. I use a humanistic and relational approach that values the profound impact of relationships-both with others and with yourself. In our sessions, you can expect a blend of talk therapy, mindfulness, relational techniques, and deeply attuned listening. Together, we'll explore the patterns and cycles in your life, reflecting on how your past experiences shape who you are today. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. We'll work together to process past traumas, navigate present challenges, and carve out a path toward the life you want. You don't have to face these struggles alone. Your journey matters. I am honored to walk alongside you as we uncover the complexities of your story and work toward healing and self-discovery. Let's take that next step together by booking an appointment!
