What should a new client know about working with you?

*** THIS THERAPIST IS OUT OF NETWORK WITH ALL HEALTH INSURANCE PLANS. ***

What is your typical process for working with clients?

*** THIS THERAPIST IS OUT OF NETWORK WITH ALL HEALTH INSURANCE PLANS. *** During an initial session with me, I am very curious about my client's story and ask questions to become as fluent as possible in the problems they hope to address in therapy. By the end of the first session, I hope to have begun understanding the client's strengths, as well as their interests and the things that make them, them. During the first session I work with each client to create concrete and specific goals that are unique and meaningful to that client. An initial session with me is as much an opportunity for the client to get to know me and my style as it is an opportunity for me to understand the patterns that are keeping them stuck.

Hannah is an amazing young woman that is extremely personable and passionate about what she does. Highly recommend!

As someone who has been in and out of therapy for 10 years, Hannah was one of the best therapists I had. She was professional, but every conversation with her felt like I was talking to an old friend. She made feeling vulnerable comfortable, and was dedicated to doing the "deep work". Overall 11/10 experience.
    Immediately personable and supportive!

Our family had a very good experience working with Hannah in relation to my daughter’s eating disorder. In addition to working with my daughter individually, she also helped my husband and me understand how we can provide a more supportive environment at home for our daughter’s recovery. Hannah is professional, compassionate and practical and we would highly recommend her.
We were entering retirement and we had family and relationship concerns that felt overwhelming. A loved one had a serious chronic illness, and we each had ongoing responsibilities with our aging parents. Attempting to find solutions for our problems were triggers for arguments. We had little room for true joy in our daily lives. We each, separately, were trying to survive in our own way. We were committed to improving our relationship and to finding better ways to cope with our situation when we engaged with Hannah in September 2022. She listened, asked meaningful questions, reflected on our situation, and gave us perceptive insights and 'homework' to complete before each session. The homework was easy and fun. Her unique approach worked! Our relationship changed, we changed, we are much closer. We learned things about each other and ourselves. We found joy. Hannah is professional, caring, knowledgable, and skillful. We couldn't have asked for a better therapist.
Hannah is great and I would recommend her to anyone. She has helped me and my girls so much. She is very personable and professional, and makes you feel very comfortable.
Hannah is fantastic. She is very intuitive, insightful, and genuinely cares about her clients. She gave my husband and me fantastic advice/pointers/skills/feedback/guidance on rebuilding our relationship. She also gave us homework that was extremely helpful and instrumental in the progress we made. We really appreciate all Hannah has done to help us grow and rebuild. We highly recommend Hannah.
Seeing Hannah was beyond helpful for me in a serious transitional phase of my life. She was consistently supportive and provided so much perspective when I felt like I didn’t know how to navigate tough life situations. I never felt judged and was able to address a lot of harder topics for me with her assistance. Hannah was available when I needed her and I always looked forward to going to sessions
Hannah is a great listener and helps you navigate best possible choices to apply to your particular situations. She helps you understand the choices available when dealing with challenges in your life. I highly recommend her as a professional support for your mental health.
From my first conversation with Hannah, I knew she could help my daughter, husband, & myself. We’d been struggling with the impact of a range of serious issues for over two years and had seen multiple therapists & providers; we were feeling discouraged. Hannah immediately helped us to identify and create relevant and realistic goals for our family. She offered us support & guidance throughout as we navigated the process of building new family systems. She collaborated with our providers across other disciplines, adjusting our goals/plan accordingly, being sure to include us every step of the way. Hannah is professional & knowledgeable; She has wonderful insight, a direct approach, & is highly responsive, accessible, and flexible. As clients of Hannah for three months, we have experienced growth & positive change as individuals & as a family, in a way I never would’ve imagined. She has helped us immensely, and we are in a much better place today. Hannah is truly amazing!
Hannah was an integral piece of the puzzle in helping to heal my marriage. She is kind and compassionate and really challenges you to show up for yourself in order to make the necessary changes to grow, and evolve not just as a couple but as a team in this journey we call life. I am forever grateful to Hannah and the tools she has given us. I would give 100 stars if I could!!
I highly recommend Hannah. She is smart, personable and cares about her patients. She is very perceptive and is not afraid the challenge you.
Hannah has been a consummate professional with our family, and especially helpful with our child, who began experiencing anxiety during the height of COVID and upon returning to in-person classes. Hannah built up a good trusting rapport with our child and yet was also very clear with my spouse and I when we met with her alone about how to help our child move closer to returning fully to in-person learning. They discussed both some strategies for reducing stress in anxious moments and explored the underlying issues that caused our child’s anxiety. Hannah’s counseling also benefitted the communication between my spouse and me, to strengthen how we supported each other in parenting and how we take care of each other. Hannah’s work with our child has helped turn things around, and now our child is beginning their senior year of high school and looking forward to applying for colleges.
Hannah worked with our family for nearly two years, supporting us through the tumultuous early years of adolescence with our daughter. She is a skilled clinician who is insightful, empathetic, and not afraid to appropriately challenge. She built a wonderful rapport with our daughter and family. I would recommend her without hesitation.
