Iris trained at three different universities across the world NYU in the United States, the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina, and Hebrew University in Israel. That global background gives her a deep understanding of people from all walks of life. She has also worked as a professor at CUNY Lehman College and St. John’s University. She wrote a book called Padres de Hoy (Today’s Parents) and has been a guest on Univision, Telemundo, and WPAT 93.1 FM. In recognition of her work, she received the VIP Award during the United Nations’ 50th Anniversary.

We utilize evidence - based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) informed interventions, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (NI), and other individualized therapeutic approaches to support lasting emotional well-being and personal growth.
