Most relevant

Therapist billed for services not rendered. Spent most of time speaking with other clients at the same time as my appointment even during the supposed therapy time with me. Gave very little direction and sat typing on computer more than half of the appt while chatting about her vacation plan. Went elsewhere for better care and to a company that did not bill fraudently.
