UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I received my Master’s in Social Work from Barry University and have been practicing for five years. I aim to help individuals who are struggling in the areas of relationships—whether marriage, family, or friendships. As humans, we are designed to be part of a community. Yet, relationships can be complex, and many clients are surprised to discover that much of their adult interactions are influenced by childhood experiences or past hurts. Together, we can untangle some of those webs to develop and nurture healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
