OH
I’m a licensed psychologist and the founder of Cognitive Shift Therapy & Consultation. I specialize in working with high-achieving professional women and parents of neurodivergent children who are overwhelmed by stress, burnout, and the constant mental load of trying to do it all. I provide telehealth therapy to women across Ohio—especially those balancing demanding careers, family life, and the unique challenges of parenting neurodivergent kids in a world that often doesn’t fully understand them. Many of my clients are physicians, attorneys, leaders, and autism moms who look capable on the outside but feel exhausted, stretched thin, and quietly overwhelmed on the inside. They’re not looking for surface-level advice or platitudes—they want practical, science-based strategies that actually work in real life. At Cognitive Shift, I help clients: - Reduce burnout, anxiety, and chronic overwhelm - Break patterns of perfectionism and over-functioning - Set boundaries without guilt - Rebuild energy, resilience, and a stronger sense of self - Navigate complex roles and responsibilities with more clarity and steadiness In addition to my clinical training, I bring lived experience to this work. I’m the parent of a child with moderate-to-severe autism, which gives me a deep, real-world understanding of advocacy fatigue, decision overload, chronic stress, and the emotional weight that often comes with caregiving. Many clients find value in working with someone who understands these challenges both professionally and personally. I’m also the founder and CEO of Pixel Leadership Group, where I’ve spent years coaching leaders across the U.S. to manage pressure, complexity, and high expectations—skills that translate directly into the therapy space. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and no-fluff. Therapy here isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you move out of survival mode, understand what’s happening in your brain, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a licensed clinical psychologist (Ohio) and a seasoned executive coach specializing in helping high-achieving professional women who are overwhelmed by the relentless juggle of career, family, and personal fulfillment. I empower women to take control, build resilience, and thrive—at work, at home, and within themselves. With a science-based and business-minded, but compassionate approach, I help my clients manage stress, set healthy boundaries, reach peak performance, and create a life where success and well-being coexist. You’re not alone. So many high-achieving women feel exhausted, stretched thin, and like they’re constantly falling short—despite giving 110% in every area of life. The truth is, balance isn’t about doing it all. It’s about finding what truly works for you. If you’re juggling everything and feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to help you reset, refocus, and feel like yourself again.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is straightforward, collaborative, and grounded in science. I don’t just sit and nod—I ask good questions, challenge unhelpful patterns, and help you build real tools for change. I specialize in working with high-achieving women who are burned out, anxious, overwhelmed, or navigating big life shifts. We’ll work together to identify the thought and behavior patterns that are keeping you stuck, shift the ones that aren’t serving you, and build strategies that are both practical and sustainable. Clients can expect to walk away with greater clarity, emotional relief, and tools they can actually use in real life. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and judgment-free—but also honest and action-focused. I focus on helping you understand what’s keeping you stuck right now, shift the thought and behavior patterns that aren’t serving you, and ensure you leave each session with clear next steps, strategies to try, and a plan to move forward.
