Whether you’re looking to make progress or simply feel better, I’m here to help guide you on your journey. My approach In my therapeutic approach, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Mindfulness-based practices to provide a well-rounded and effective treatment experience. With adolescents, adults, couples, and families, I use CBT to help identify and change negative thought patterns, while IFS allows us to explore and heal the internal parts that shape our behaviors. EMDR is particularly powerful in processing trauma, and mindfulness practices help clients stay grounded in the present, reducing stress and enhancing emotional regulation. This combination allows for a personalized and holistic approach to healing and growth. My focus I support adolescents and adults who are experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed or experiencing a sense of stagnation in their lives. By employing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness techniques, I effectively assist clients in healing from past experiences and fostering positive growth for the future. My communication style My communication style is characterized by calmness, approachability, and a genuine personal touch. I strive to create an environment in which my clients feel comfortable discussing any topic, and I take pride in my capacity to listen without judgment.
