Therapy is a collaborative journey where we don’t just talk about your life, we move through it together in the here and now. I work from a relational and experiential lens, which means I am right there beside you in the trenches.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a fundamentally empathetic and compassionate person, with a deep appreciation for the strength, resilience, and wisdom in all of us. I operate from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed lens that integrates behavioral and psychodynamic therapies to treat anxiety, depression, OCD, insomnia, life transitions, chronic stress, perfectionism & complex trauma.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As we build trust, we’ll begin to explore how you got here and the protective patterns that can keep us stuck. Our emotions are powerful communicators, but sometimes getting in touch with them can feel scary. I intend to be a safe home base where we can ride the waves of deep-seated feelings together. As we move through these emotions, we find relief and insight into your journey so far, opening up the clarity to see where you want to go from here.
