I graduated from Grand Canyon University with a master's degree in Psychology in 2016, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My journey in mental health has been driven by a deep commitment to supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging moments. I specialize in trauma, suicide prevention, and group therapy for youth and adolescents. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a genuine desire to help my clients find balance and healing in their lives. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, where we work together to uncover strengths, build resilience, and foster growth. In addition to my clinical work, I am actively involved in the community. I provide food and clothing to underprivileged families and am a proud member of the Georgia Murder-Suicide Response Network. My work with families focuses on helping them maintain stability and navigate the complexities of daily life.
