About Dr. Jenna Bradford

Jenna Bradford grew up in Colorado where most of her time was spent outdoors. Between soccer, mountain biking, trail running, climbing, and skiing, she quickly developed a love for human movement. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder, majoring in Integrative Physiology with a minor in Leadership Studies. After taking a year off to live in a truck camper to explore the Western US, Jenna headed to California to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from California State University, Sacramento. During her travels, she fell in love with Idaho and counts herself lucky to now call it home! As with many physical therapists, Jenna’s love for rehabilitative medicine came from first-hand patient experience. Growing up as an athlete and avid outdoorswoman, Jenna was devastated when, at 13 years old, she was told by her physician that she would never run or play sports again due to improper skeletal development of her hips. After multiple hip surgeries and months of physical therapy, she learned how important movement was to a high quality of life. Due to the care and expertise of physical therapists, she was able to return to both competitive sports and long-distance running, and she continues to enjoy an active lifestyle! Following her experience, Jenna strives to give the same life-changing care to her own patients. Jenna prides herself on high-quality patient-driven care, clear and easy-to-understand education on a patient’s condition, and providing a friendly and compassionate space during recovery. Jenna treats both orthopedic and neurological conditions and focuses on an individualized approach that emphasizes functional movement. She looks forward to helping you achieve your goals and having the highest quality of life possible!
