My journey to mental healthcare I hold a Master's in Social Work from Columbia University and a dual major in psychology/sociology from Skidmore College. My life and career have been framed by my desire to help others find a path forward in healing and growth. My goals for you My clinical work is rooted in the belief that people can heal, even in the most challenging of circumstances. I blend evidence-based strategies with compassion and unconditional support, using trauma-informed techniques and tools in my work. My first session with you First sessions can be difficult.
