I help people reclaim their lives when pain, anxiety, depression, or stress have been taking over for too long. In our work, we’ll identify the patterns keeping you stuck and develop realistic tools to help you feel more steady, capable, and in control.
You'll practice how to respond to pain, anxiety, or stress differently, loosening its influence on your choices and daily life.

What should a new client know about working with you?
I am a Board-Certified Clinical Health Psychologist (ABPP), a credential earned by only about 4% of psychologists.
I have both clinical and research experience in the field of pain science.
I take a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy. We'll work together to build insight, develop practical skills, and create space for healing and growth at a pace that feels right for you.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Your first visit is a 60-minute assessment focused on understanding your unique experiences, concerns, and goals. We’ll discuss your medical and mental health history, current symptoms, and how pain or other challenges are affecting your life. This session helps us develop a tailored treatment approach that supports your needs and values.
Ongoing sessions (30-60 minutes) focus on building skills, exploring patterns, and supporting meaningful change. We’ll work collaboratively to address your goals using evidence-based approaches tailored to your experiences. Sessions may include strategies for managing pain, improving mood, increasing flexibility in thinking, and strengthening relationships.
