My approach
Jenn has a person-centered approach to her clients. Utilizing CBT, mindfulness, behavioral activation, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused approaches to help meet the needs of the individual.

Mild/moderate anxiety and depression, women's issues, and sleep issues
My communication style
I am very compassionate and have a calming presence. I am told I put my patients at ease within the first session, I'm relatable and patients feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable with me.
My journey to therapy
My entire life I have been the "go-to" person for friends and family to get advice and help with really difficult situations. I always wanted to be in a giving/helping profession and naturally landed in the world of social work.

I like to set extremely small attainable goals, celebrate wins even small ones, and build upon them week by week.
