I take a solution-focused, patient-centered approach, helping you build practical tools while also exploring the deeper patterns that shape your experiences.

Together, we’ll uncover meaningful, manageable ways to move intentionally toward the life and version of yourself you envision. Whether we’re building skills, exploring patterns, or simply making space for your experiences, I want our work to feel grounded, collaborative, and full of possibility.
