What should a new client know about working with you?

With a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hofstra University, I bring a well-rounded background that includes clinical experience at Hofstra’s Joan and Arnold Saltzman Center and within respected non-profit organizations. I have worked with individuals and families across various life stages, from early childhood through adulthood, and I provide services in both English and Spanish. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship and interpersonal dynamics, and family systems.

I take an integrative and highly personalized approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based models including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic theory, and client-centered frameworks.
