I am so glad you are here and happy you found me. Maybe you look like you’re holding it together—but internally, things feel harder than they should. Whether you’re navigating relationship stress, anxiety, or feeling disconnected from yourself or your partner, therapy can help you make sense of what’s going on and create meaningful change. I work with high-functioning adults and couples who want more than surface-level coping—they want clarity, connection, and lasting shifts. As a PSYPACT-authorized psychologist, I’m able to provide telehealth services to clients in 40+ states, offering flexibility and continuity of care. Many of my clients are busy professionals or individuals with demanding schedules, and the ability to meet virtually across state lines allows for greater consistency and ease in maintaining therapy. Starting therapy can feel like a big step. I aim to make the process feel approachable, thoughtful, and tailored to you. If you’re ready to move forward, it would be a privilege and honor for me to connect with you.
