I am so glad you are here and happy you found me. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist based in Chicago, IL providing virtual individual and couples therapy to adults in 40+ states. Maybe you look like you’re holding it together—but internally, things feel harder than they should. Whether you’re navigating relationship stress, anxiety, obsessive compulsive patterns, impulsivity and substance use, depression, perfectionism, work stress and burnout, executive dysfunction and symptoms of ADHD, or feeling disconnected from yourself or your partner, therapy can help you make sense of what’s going on and create meaningful change. I work with high-functioning adults and couples who want clarity, connection, and lasting shifts. My approach is direct, thoughtful, and highly individualized. I work collaboratively with patients to identify patterns, increase insight, and create meaningful, lasting change. My practice is integrative, pulling from multiple different orientations depending on the individualized needs of the patient and their presentation or diagnosis. Approaches include and are not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychodynamic, Gestalt, Jungian, person-centered, Adlerian, Exposure and Response Prevention, Prolonged Trauma Exposure, and experiential approaches. I have Gottman training and utilize the Gottman method in my work with couples. As a PSYPACT-authorized psychologist, I’m able to provide telehealth services to clients in 40+ states, offering flexibility and continuity of care. Many of my clients are busy professionals or individuals with demanding schedules, and the ability to meet virtually across state lines allows for consistency and ease in maintaining therapy. Starting therapy can feel like a lot. I aim to make the process feel approachable, thoughtful, and tailored to you. If you’re ready to move forward, it would be a privilege and honor for me to connect with you.
