Getting to know Jessica Ham

Hi, my name is Jessica and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Colorado and Ohio. I specialize in Trauma/Complex Trauma using EMDR, Ego States (inner child work) and complementary modalities to address those life events that take up unwanted space in your mind, preventing you from living your best life. Trauma can have a lasting impact on our mental and emotional well-being, making it difficult to move forward and find peace. I work with adults and young adults to address trauma as well as complex trauma (CPTSD). You will guide the way in the therapeutic process, whether you want to work quickly to resolve a recent trauma, or work slowly and intentionally to address long term or childhood wounds.
