Psychotherapist
NY
Hey you! I'm your new therapist! I am so excited to start this journey with you. If you are someone struggling with anxiety, depression, past traumas, relationship struggles, or life transitions, you are in the right place! Let's work together to address and alleviate negative thoughts and feelings so you can start living your life the way you always dreamed of! My approach I’m a licensed mental health counselor who helps individuals navigate struggles related to anxiety, the weight of depression, and the uncertainty of major life transitions. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life again. My focus I work with young adults who have made a decision to regain control of their lives and their futures. Whether you're struggling in your relationships or feeling stuck in your journey, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of purpose. My communication style I create a real, supportive space where you can be yourself, talk things through, and start to feel more in control. Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating! We will move at your pace and work on what actually matters to you. My journey to mental healthcare I always knew my purpose in life was to help others. It was during my undergraduate career that I realized mental health counseling was how I was going to do just that. Through both personal and professional experience, I realized that I had the passion to foster spaces for others to come and just be themselves authentically! We all need an environment where we feel like we can heal and grow in a safe space. I wanted to be the one to create that space. My goals for you I believe the key to making therapy work is to set realistic and manageable goals. As a team, we will collaborate to create therapeutic goals that feel tangible to you! Also, we will create goals that you actually feel excited to achieve.
