I have a deep respect for my clients and their lived experiences. I work with individuals facing complex trauma, substance abuse and misuse, relationship stress, domestic and sexual violence, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Your expertise on your experiences combined with my clinical knowledge creates a relationship where you have the space to intentionally explore who you are, wherever you're at. Curiosity, compassion, and humor create a laid-back atmosphere, where I aim to foster trust, collaborate, and learn about the interplay between your personal history while honoring the context in which you exist within society. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work and a Bachelor's degree from New York University.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with people looking to understand and heal from trauma, explore relational and coping patterns, develop alternative coping skills, and manage transitions and caretaking stress. My work involves unpacking societal norms and systems that impact my clients to help them break free from shame and barriers to self-acceptance.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My eclectic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Existential Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and more. My style is direct, open ended, and relational. Therapy is like a road trip; you’re in the driver’s seat as the expert of your own experience, exploring new territory, and I'm in the passenger’s seat offering you support to help you feel more at home within yourself.
