Getting to know Joseph Little

Helping couples reconnect, communicate, and rebuild trust. Hello, I’m J. Danyale Little, a Licensed Professional Counselor with Alliance Branch Counseling Services. I provide virtual counseling to individuals, couples, and families in Georgia, Ohio, South Carolina, and Virginia. Has it become difficult to talk with your partner without feeling misunderstood? Are past hurts, broken trust, or repeated disagreements creating distance between you? I help couples slow down, listen to one another, and develop healthier ways to communicate. Together, we can explore the patterns that keep you feeling disconnected and work toward a relationship built on trust, understanding, and mutual support. I also work with adults and families navigating anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, LGBTQ+ issues, grief, and challenging life transitions. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, including individuals and couples and LGBTQ+ individuals and couples. I understand that cultural experiences, family history, and personal identity can shape how we see ourselves and our relationships, and I make room for those experiences in our work. I received my education and training at Wake Forest University. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Logotherapy, and practical tools tailored to your needs. I believe you are the expert on your own life; my role is to listen, offer guidance, and work alongside you as you identify what matters most. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, I strive to provide a compassionate space where you feel heard and respected. If you’re ready to take the next step, I would be honored to work with you.
