I am a physical therapist practicing in general orthopedics and specialize in post-operative and sports rehabilitation. I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Utah in 2020 and Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Weber State University in 2015. Prior to my Doctorate studies, I worked as an athletic trainer in a physical therapy setting where I developed a passion for helping others return to a happy, healthy lifestyle. I believe in working as a team with my patients to achieve goal focused outcomes. By applying evidence-based practice and drawing on years of personal experience, I am able to tailor each treatment plan to patients' specific needs. I emphasize patient education and a full understanding of each treatment session. Specializing in sport and orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and an interested focus in shoulder, knee and ankle, I utilize my combined background of physical therapy and athletic training to help each patient achieve excellent results. Born and raised in Utah, I enjoy spending time with family, being an uncle, exploring the outdoors and rooting for the Dallas Cowboys and Weber State athletics. When not cheering for my teams, I love to participate in competitive leagues for ice hockey, football, softball and basketball.
