What should a new client know about working with you?

I integrate process-based and behavioral science principles to support individuals in understanding how they relate to their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Therapy focuses on building awareness, psychological flexibility, and greater capacity to engage meaningfully with life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with adults, older adolescents, and couples facing interpersonal, emotional, and psychological difficulties related to anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Our early work together focuses on developing insight, identifying patterns that may be contributing to distress, and building a collaborative path toward meaningful change.
