I’m a licensed mental health clinician in private practice specializing in process-based and behavioral science approaches for anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and OCD-related disorders, depressive and bipolar disorders, trauma, and life encounters. My expertise comprises several clinical training programs, including a post-graduate fellowship at The Reeds Center – Treatment of Anxiety, OCD, and Related Disorders, where I gained clinical experience and supervision delivering exposure and response prevention (ERP), habit reversal therapy (HRT), trauma-informed treatments such as STAIR-NT and CPT, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Additionally, I studied and trained with Dr. Katherine Shear at The Center for Prolonged Grief at Columbia University, Dr. Matthieu Villatte, Research Scientist and Clinical Trainer of the Evidence-Based Practice Institute of Seattle, the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), and the Westchester Center for the Study of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy (WCSPP).
