About Julia Pierson

I am physical therapist who specializes in treating patients needing help with pelvic health, women’s health, and related orthopedic concerns.? My personal experience with physical therapy has driven me throughout my career. As a competitive high school and college cross country runner and ski racer, I suffered through overuse injuries. Working with my physical therapist allowed me to return to the sports I loved and led me down the path to becoming a physical therapist.? More recently, I benefitted from physical therapy and experienced my body's capacity for healing after pregnancy and a challenging delivery. My success with this rehabilitation focused my physical therapy practice to pelvic therapy. It feels good to feel good! I am passionate about working with patients to develop a personalized plan that gets them back to their desired activities across all stages of their adult life.? Growing up on a cherry farm in Traverse City, Michigan, attending the University of Alaska for my undergraduate degree, and moving to Utah solidified my enjoyment of the outdoors. I love living in Utah and spending time in the mountains with my family and friends. I find great joy in watching my kids learn and try new things.?
