“Nearly two years later, and still so grateful for Justin (I would double the # of stars if I could.) I first called in after injuring my shoulder holding my dog leash when my dog sprinted — and Justin was the one who picked up. From that first conversation, I thought he was kind, attentive and truly listened. I didn’t think I had any shoulder damage from the accident so Justin tried everything he could through physical therapy, but when the pain persisted, he encouraged me to go back to my orthopedist for an MRI. When the results came in, he took the time to read through the technical details and explain everything to me. He was incredibly compassionate when breaking the news that surgery would be the best next step. I remember being on the verge of tears, but he calmly reassured me that with proper rehab and discipline on my end, I had a high chance of recovering. After my surgery in Dec 2022, I continued working with Justin for several months. He was patient, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, helpful and very supportive — never rushing me, always making sure that I was okay and did my exercises properly. Now, nearly two years later, I’m about 95% healed. I still have some minor limitations, but I’m doing so much better — and I credit so much of that to Justin’s care. Justin is not only incredibly smart and skilled at what he does, but he’s also one of the kindest and most compassionate healthcare professionals I’ve ever met. Even now, I still think about how much his care helped me through one of the toughest seasons —physically and emotionally. If you’re looking for someone who will treat you with empathy, patience, and excellence, I can’t recommend Justin enough. Thanks so much, Justin!!”
