What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is psychodynamic and relational — which means we don't just talk about what's happening right now, we explore where it comes from. We look at your patterns, your past, and the relationships that shaped how you show up today. The goal isn't to fix you — it's to help you understand yourself more deeply so you can make choices that actually feel like you. I show up as human first. I lead with honesty, because I believe the most healing relationships are built on truth. What connects us is our shared human experience — and I think that's worth bringing into the room. Therapy with me is inclusive, judgment-free, and fully yours. You don't have to edit yourself here. I approach every client with curiosity, not assumptions — because your story deserves to be explored on its own terms. Healing isn't something I do for you. It's something we do together. We move at a pace that feels safe for you, and my role is to walk beside you — not ahead of you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We'll dig into the root of what's driving your anxiety or relationship patterns — not just the surface symptoms, but the deeper story underneath. You'll gain real self-understanding while also walking away with concrete action steps to shift the behaviors and circumstances that aren't working for you. This is talk therapy. You bring what's on your mind, and we work through it together — honestly, collaboratively, and at a pace that feels right for you.
