I believe that everyone can benefit from a non-judgmental, safe space to process thoughts, feelings & emotions out loud. I also believe in the power of transparency & humor, so clients can feel comfortable to be themselves. Therapy should not be a space that you feel nervous about, rather one you look forward to and leave feeling less "heavy."
I draw upon many modalities, such as cognitive behavioral & acceptance and commitment therapy. That said, my goal is to provide my clients with an approach that best fits their needs. Therapy is personal and individualized, there's no one size fits all. You can expect that I'll spend time asking questions and trying to learn from you to be support you.
