Therapy should not be a space that you feel nervous about, rather one you look forward to and leave feeling less "heavy."
I draw upon many modalities, such as cognitive behavioral & acceptance and commitment therapy. That said, my goal is to provide my clients with an approach that best fits their needs. Therapy is personal and individualized, there's no one size fits all. You can expect that I'll spend time asking questions and trying to learn from you to be support you.
