I am a LAPC with 2 years of experience supporting clients through life changes, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, eating disorders, and OCD. I also have experience working with veterans and individuals navigating trauma. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors, and aim to create a space where clients feel understood and supported. I earned my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio. My approach integrates techniques that explore thoughts, emotions, and behavior. I tailor each session to the client's needs and prioritize collaboration to help them work toward meaningful goals. Starting counseling can feel intimidating, so I focus on creating a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe and supported.
