As a licensed social worker and trained birth and postpartum doula, I bring both clinical expertise and a grounded understanding of the perinatal experience. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and practical, integrating psychodynamic, attachment-based, and cognitive behavioral therapy depending on what you need. For some clients, that means space to reflect and make sense of deeper patterns. For others, it means concrete tools to manage anxiety, perfectionism, and the day-to-day emotional demands of this stage of life.
