As a therapist, I pride myself on being as unfiltered as the process itself, embracing real conversations & genuine connections. What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, I look forward in getting to know you and getting to the bottom of what's been bothering you as well as gathering some background information. Finally, we set goals for therapy, which are always up for change as we gain more insight into your issues. No two clients are a like, so I really try to bend my style to fit each client's needs.
