Dr. Laâ??Courtney Setzer is a trauma warrior and couples counseling crusader with a love for serving and helping others. Since the tender age of four, Dr. Laâ??Courtney has focused on serving others. As an adolescent, she received a Presidential Freedom Scholarship from United States President George W. Bush for completing two thousand hours of community service. Dr. Laâ??Courtney holds a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Appalachian State University and a Doctor of Clinical Social Work from Capella University Campus Center. For fifteen years, Dr. Laâ??Courtney has served as a trauma-focused mental health provider working with diverse groups, from children to senior adults.
