Lana James is a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT-LP) in the state of New York with a provisional license. After two decades serving in NY public schools as a teacher and administrator, Lana has pursued her passion to help others achieve self-empowerment by cultivating mental health through psychoeducation.
Lana is a client-centered therapist, creating an inspirational safe space for self discovery through individualized plans with eclectic approaches that fit client interests and needs.
