I will work collaboratively with you to develop the best therapeutic style and strategies to ensure you meet your goals in a safe respectful manner

What is your typical process for working with clients?

First session I will be collecting some history and also determining what your strengths are and your challenges that you want to overcome. Subsequent sessions, I will be working with you to put you back in charge of your thoughts, emotions and physical sensations to allow you successfully meet your goals.
