What should a new client know about working with you?

I integrate treatments that promote awareness of feelings, thoughts, and somatic reactions (CBT, DBT, SE) with psychodynamic therapy to help each client better understand themselves. From there, together, we can explore new techniques, mindsets, and behaviors to improve well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, it’s important to me that you feel comfortable in the space, and I want to provide ample opportunity for us to get to know each other and get comfortable with each other. Once we discuss your goals for therapy, we’ll begin crafting a plan forward together. Each session, we will build upon our work together and check-in to ensure the process is as comfortable and focused on you and your needs as possible! You are the expert in yourself and your journey; I am here to help you along your way.
