Getting to know Lena Kline

Hello, I'm Lena. My journey in the mental health field began in the psychiatric hospitalization setting, where I gained invaluable experience working with individuals in acute distress. From there, I transitioned to residential facilities for youth, often dealing with severe trauma, neglect, abandonment, and abuse. These experiences deeply shaped my understanding of trauma and its profound impact on mental health. I have offices in Golden, Arvada and the Denver area. Eventually, I decided to open my private practice, where I continue to support individuals grappling with trauma, as well as a wide range of other concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and mood/thought disorders. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a commitment to helping my clients navigate their unique challenges. Recently, I've expanded my practice to include professional and college athletes. This work has been incredibly rewarding, as it allows me to explore the psychoeducational connection between physical and emotional trauma and provide support for the unique pressures these individuals face. If you're struggling with OCD, phobias, anger management, stress, intimate/romantic relationships, sex/intimacy issues, grief/bereavement, life transitions, military/veteran support, ADHD, children's mental/behavioral health, PTSD, adolescent & teen mental/behavioral health, family relationships, or medical issues/physical health, I'm here to help.
