What is your typical process for working with clients?

Clients will develop or further enhance their ability to examine patterns of thought and the associated emotional and behavioral responses with the aim of modifying the presenting problem. Additionally, treatment will focus on developing healthy, adaptive coping mechanisms that clients can use to manage symptoms or other concerns.
