Hello, I'm Lori Gephart, a Licensed Psychologist in Pennsylvania with 36 years of experience providing therapy. I help adults who are overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety, trauma, burnout, insomnia, grief, and stress. My approach is warm, evidence‑based, and focused on helping you feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control of your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
Once you schedule I will send you a Portal Invitation to join Sessions. Please accept the invitation that I send and complete your Intake form and enter your payment information in advance of our appointment. I will send you the Zoom link for our meeting once you complete this information.
Please note that, per my license, I can only meet with clients who are physically located in Pennsylvania at the time of their sessions.
