With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I've had the privilege of working in various settings, including crisis evaluations, inpatient, residential, and outpatient counseling. My journey in this field has been driven by a deep passion for helping others find their inner peace and navigate life's challenges. Originally from the beautiful state of Nebraska, I grew up as a farm girl, which instilled in me a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for life's simple joys. I have three wonderful sons who are married to amazing women, and I'm a proud grandmother to four energizing grandchildren. My dog Lynx is my furry bundle of joy and a constant source of happiness.
